It breathed new life into my tired old Poqercache II and kept me more or less happy for a long, long time. Don't know really, but you are supposing the LB is the problem here, and you said before you get it repaired. It doesn't anymore now.

Upgrade, the Turbo is just smooth, speedy sailing. Some other people on Applefritter have the same problem with their Powercaches. Radius, SuperMac, and RasterOps made ppwercache cards to help with that.

All in all, the DayStar Digital Turbo is one of those legendary computer upgrades that does an awesome job and does it for a lot of people. It worked fine before. I might daysgar that later on.

Again, no problems after a year of use. Maybe some other video chip went bad since then Then I tried that same board but this time with its original CPU and it works. It seems that the SimasiMac and the Powercache are closely related.

Speed Compatibility is great, but what about speed? It didn't do so before the floppy incident. I used that as my primary Mac until the PowerMac came out, then I upgraded.
